FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

In stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Packages are sent using USPS first class mail unless otherwise upgraded.

Customs and import taxes:
The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs sometimes happen, and I cannot guarantee any delivery dates as a result of packages being held at customs.

Returns & Exchanges:
To start a return, first contact me via email within 7 days of the date delivered to authorize the exchange. Returns must be shipped back to me within 14 days of original delivery date with a tracking number.

If you’d like to request a cancellation, please send an email requesting an order cancellation before the item has shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads


Conditions of return:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If requested, a prepaid mailing label can be provided to you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
